Transit times vary by method: Air Freight (3-5 days), Express (1-2 days), Ocean FCL/LCL (20-45 days), Road Transport (5-15 days). Exact times depend on origin/destination and customs processing.

Typically: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin (if required), and any import permits specific to the destination country.
Shipping & Tracking
Your tracking number is a unique identifier assigned to your shipment. GFL tracking numbers follow the format: TRK-XXXXXXXX (e.g., TRK-54876291). You receive it via email after your shipment is processed.
This means your shipment has arrived at the destination country and is being inspected by customs authorities. This typically takes 1-5 business days. We actively work with customs to expedite clearance.
Address changes may be possible depending on the shipment status. Contact our support team immediately. Charges may apply for address corrections in transit.
Our courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. We typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. You can reschedule or arrange pickup from our local depot.
Pricing & Payment
Our rates include pickup, freight charges, basic documentation, and delivery. Customs duties, taxes, and special handling fees (hazmat, oversized) are quoted separately.
Yes! We offer comprehensive cargo insurance covering all-risk, total loss, and specific perils. Insurance is optional and quoted as a percentage of declared cargo value (typically 1-3%).
We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and account credit for established customers.
Customs & Regulations
Prohibited items typically include: illegal substances, counterfeit goods, endangered species products, certain weapons and ammunition, and items banned by the destination country. Contact us for specific guidance.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the importer (receiver) unless otherwise arranged. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service where we handle all costs on your behalf.
