By using Global Freight Logistics services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global Freight Logistics Inc.
GFL provides international and domestic freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics services. Service availability varies by location and is subject to carrier schedules, regulatory requirements, and operational capacity.
The following items are prohibited from shipping through GFL: illegal substances, counterfeit goods, weapons and explosives, endangered species, currency and negotiable instruments (without prior approval), and items prohibited by law in origin or destination countries.
GFL's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of: the declared value of the shipment, or $100 USD per shipment, unless additional insurance is purchased. We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for all valuable shipments.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within: 3 days for visible damage (noted at delivery), 7 days for concealed damage, 30 days for lost shipments. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
All charges are due upon shipment acceptance unless a credit account has been established. GFL reserves the right to hold cargo for non-payment. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
GFL shall not be liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or carrier equipment failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under JAMS arbitration rules.
